Frequently Asked Questions

  • During fishing season, some buildings are rented separately to different groups.

    Typically no other guests will be on site during your stay. Rental includes access to the whole property with options to use all cabins. Cleaning fees are charged based on which buildings are actually used. See the Registration Form for seasonal rates.

  • Sorry, no. Due to the delicate nature of the river’s ecosystem, we ask that guests do not bring any pets. Exceptions can be made for certified service animals.

  • There are beds for 80 guests between the Tan Oak Lodge and all the cabins.

    In addition, there’s plenty of room for tent camping as well as hook-ups for up to 4 RV’s.

    We have had overnight groups up to 100, and daytime only events over 200.

    Larger groups may need to arrange for porta-potties to accommodate additional sanitation needs.

  • There are propane two grills including one that can be used as a smoker. Gas is included, but bring your own chips.

  • Quiet Hours are Sunday through Thursday 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
